I really wish I could watch it like 10 times slower and cropped to see just the horse, though.  Can anyone do that? I want to see all of the bones move in better detail!

Animated GIFs That Keep ‘Rolling’

A group of friends from Japan has created a blog called ‘rrrrrrrroll’ that shows animated GIFs of people and objects ‘rolling’ around their center of axis. 

According to the group, they chose to ‘roll’ is because they wanted to create minimalistic animations that would express the flow of time.

In the general interest of visual effects, I think these photo manipulations (or compositing I guess) are really magnificent. Everything matches/flows really well. I also love the surrealist nature of them.
